privacy policy.

greyhound audio ("we", "us") is a UK-based mastering, mixing, and production practice. This page explains what information is collected through this website and how it's used.
contact form. When you submit the contact form on this site, the details you provide (name, email address, and message) are sent via Formspree, a third-party form processing service, directly to our email inbox. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not added to any mailing list, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond replying to you.
email. If you contact us directly by email, the same principle applies — your message and contact details are used only to respond to you.
cookies and analytics. This website does not currently use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics of any kind. If this changes in future — for example, if we add privacy-respecting analytics to understand site traffic — this policy will be updated accordingly, and a cookie consent notice will be added if required by law.
embedded content. Our portfolio page embeds audio players from SoundCloud. When you play an embedded track, SoundCloud may set cookies or collect data according to their own privacy policy, which is independent of this one. We don't control this and recommend reviewing SoundCloud's privacy policy directly if you have concerns.
hosting. This site is hosted via GitHub Pages and served through Cloudflare. Both providers may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) as part of normal web infrastructure operation, in line with their own privacy policies.
your rights. Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, and object to how it's used. Given the limited data collected here (contact form submissions only), this is straightforward — just get in touch and we'll action any request promptly.
contact. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to connor@greyhoundaudio.com.
This policy may be updated as the site develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of this page.
